There are some health apps that measure the distance or time you walked or jogged and allow you to share and compare with other users of the same app. Maybe compete with other people, and motivate yourself doing more exercises and improve your health. There are some apps that measure our cycling, help us choose good cycling path, because the GPRS technology and the Google maps allows it. Plan our cycling route carefully, avoiding traffic and everything that annoys us.

There are some apps that give us the advice on what food is healthier, shows us the nutritive values of some food we want to buy or we already bought. How much we should eat to accomplish some health improvements and other stuff.
